RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

Contact us to schedule a consultation. Please include general information regarding your project & location. We will get in touch as quickly as possible to schedule an in-person meeting at your home. 


During the consultation, we complete a full assessment of the space, taking measurements and pictures. 


If you decide to move forward, we will require a signed engagement letter.

Held on site, the client is presented with room layouts, furnishing/styling recommendations, and pricing. This meeting is also an opportunity to preview fabrics, wall coverings, paint recommendations, and other samples.   


If revisions are needed based on client feedback, we are happy to make adjustments to send over for review.

Once the final selections are agreed upon, we proceed with placing all orders on behalf of the client. Please note that all special order items are final sale. 


Once orders are placed, clients will be billed on the 1st of the month. We appreciate prompt payment once the invoice is sent.

We oversee billing, shipping, timelines, and receiving/inspecting of items that ship to the warehouse. During this time, we also work in partnership with our workroom on the fabrication of custom items such as draperies, upholstery, and pillows. 


For any construction labor, we work with trusted contractors to execute on any renovation needs.

Once items are received, we will either have our warehouse team install individually or install in bulk based on timelines. During install, we also bring any decor sourced for styling. 


Please note that our warehouse team charges $120/per hour to deliver and place all furnishings. There is a $25 inspection fee per item shipped to the warehouse.

Contact us so we can provide you with a brief questionnaire to get to know you and your design style! We will then ask for measurements, photos, and details for any pieces you would like to incorporate in the final design. 


In about 2-3 weeks, a presentation will be emailed prior to a call being scheduled to review together. As always, we are happy to provide any revisions! 


Once the final selections are agreed upon, we proceed with placing all orders on behalf of the client and executing as outlined above.
